Our very own Kashvi Bansal and Rishi Gajera finished as 6th grade National Finalists in the eCYBERMISSION competition, the first team from Idaho to ever make it to the nationals. They were led by Team Advisor Raj Bansal. In this competition, students have to use STEM to help solve a community problem. Kashvi and Rishi made a prototype to help the Idaho Food Bank with sorting foods and telling if they are healthy or not. They are state and regional winners and recipients of the STEM-in-Action grant from eCYBERMISSION, which is a $5000 grant that goes into a prototype for an extension of their project, helping the IFB with inventory in their warehouse.
